Very knowledgeable consultant Steve. But $166 for a personal tax return with no income other than bank interest earned on two bank accounts is ridiculous.
I would not use steven as the accountant, terrible service and poor customer service
Very disappointed by the service, regretting that I paid $200 for someone to do my tax when I could’ve done it myself AND it would have already been in my account. Accountant that dealt with was Steve, he kept complaining about “so much paperwork” in regards to my husbands tax, uh that’s why we are here….paying someone to do it?! Then forgot to get me to sign the authorisation for payment which has now delayed me in accessing my return (-$200 fee out of my return), I have signed and waiting for my return- NOW my tax STILL ha... read more
