Hubby and I both attended to do our tax returns with Steve. Paid on the spot. Had a receipt before exiting the office. Only to chase up two weeks later as we hadn’t received our return to be informed our taxes were never submitted. No explanation why. Just not done. Very disappointing service.
They did my partner’s tax and engorged her when she was telling the guy to claim things, was not interested in her, ironically her refund was just enough to pay his fees, will not be going back
Very knowledgeable consultant Steve. But $166 for a personal tax return with no income other than bank interest earned on two bank accounts is ridiculous.
