Caller was rude on the phone when she called to tell me she couldn't get me in, after I scheduled online. If there are no appointments available, their online schedule should reflect that. Will never use them again and I'm going elsewhere.
We have always had a positive experience getting our taxes done at the Charlotte office. Everyone at the office is very helpful. We completely trust Helen to get us all the deductions that we are eligible to receive. We have been with them for many years.
