Heather was BEYOND AWESOME!! I have been dealing with Jennifer Clayborne at the Bradley campus location for like the last 5 years and she was very rude and didn’t want to do her job. I almost missed the deadline today for my taxes because Jenifer neglected to inform me there was a cut off for taxes.
