First time going to them & will be the last, I knew I made the wrong decision when I gave them my information and I walk out without knowing what my return was what I'm looking at getting back no information no nothing just we will call you and two days past I never got a call, I had to called them .I disable my account from them. I'll rather do business with people who been doing taxes over 10 years cause these people were clueless.never again

Charged for an extension they did not file for me and was told repeatedly it would be returned by a different, anonymous staff member every time. I've called 4 or 5 times, returned in person twice and they never do anything.
