The worst experience ever dealing with Rosemarie Johnson that works off Milton Road.. still waiting on my amended taxes to be done from March. Her communication skills are trash and I reached out to office for manager Sharon know call back yet. I also filed a complaint with HR 1800 # still no follow up with them either.. tread lightly might as well use TurboTax at least you know they done and don’t get treated like crap.
We have been using this H&R Block office for decades. They were originally off Rt.1 N but their recent location is actually closer and more convenient for us. Ask for Robin Gasparino
