Tax prep was handled well, but as a single male with a seemingly simple tax prep I definitely regret it because they took 30%. Doesn't seem worth it looking back on it now.
Scheduling needs improvement .. Other than that the knowledge of of tax preparations are excellent and personnel are great .. Pricey but worth it ..
The customer service at this location is phenomenal. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There was no wait time once I arrived. I would recommend this business to everyone.
