Closed without a phone call and they have all of our tax documents. Not happy. Terrible service. Can't get an answer from anyone. They claim it is Covid, I left the documents 3 days after the stay at home order. Not a valid excuse. I will NEVER do business with them again and we have used them for 20 years and paid their inflated rates.
criminals.... H & R block owns turbo tax, which if you make under 66,000 a year legally has to do your taxes for free... H & R block didnt get me my highest return, charged me several hundred dollars more than they originally said, and now im forced to take them to court....
