Absolutely rude tax preparer in the office. She was unprofessional and lacking in communication. Holdrege nebraska office 2026.
I paid almost 300 dollars for this service, the check I had given for my refund was entered wrong by this service. I will now not recieve my refund for 6 weeks by paper check. They offered no help to resolve this issue when I called and dismissed me. If you want it done right the first time I recommend going to another tax preparer.
