Unprofessional!!! I do not recommend this place. I called the owner to make a complaint and his response was "what do you want?" he is rude and unprofessional. I guess money does not buy you an education.

I was completely dissatisfied with experience at the Whiteford branch of H&R Block. My tax "professional" was the complete antithesis of professional. He was demeaning, rude and took a 10 minute personal call during my time with him. He spoke to me like I was stupid and incompetent, spoke negatively of a former co-worker with whom I am an acquaintance and joked about his sexuality. I left feeling sick to my stomach and I will never ever be conducting business with them again.

dont go to woodstock, Il H@R branch; A bunch of idiots that told me i couldnt claim my child being a single mom and working 7 months out of the year, only got $400 outta them, dont go to this location, they should all be fired, lost my paperwork too!

AVOID this office. Senior staff, Carleen, got behind in services, avoided appointments. She hired me for outside services and blew off $1200.00 payment. Work was not finished and corporate had to get involved. She's still there and her attitude reflects what can be done there. Do not use this office

Compassionate They were very organized. They sat down with us and went over everything, even things I didn't think about. They were very friendly and sincere.

I had to take office owner of this office to court and the judge ruled in my favor because Judy McGraw refused to honor the Peace of Mind Guarantee I paid for, regarding money Judy's error caused me to owe the IRS. Other customers have written articles about their bad service in the Morning Journal. The tax agents at this office are not trained properly. Judy's employees submitted errors on my 2010 city, state and federal taxes. This office is an independently owned franchise and the H&R Block company refuses to hold Judy's ... read more
