Very Professional, courtesy and rapid.
DO NOT MAKE APPOINTMENT WITH LYNN MACKAY! SHE IS NOT DEPENDABLE. I had an appointment with her at 6 pm. I had to take time off from work because my office is over 20 miles away from the H&R office. i arrive at 5:50 pm and the receptionist checked me in. About 15 minutes after I arrived a man came in. Lynn was running late but when she finally came out she saw the man and told him "oh, I didn't know you were coming".
