Liz did great, we really enjoyed working with her. I will not take off stars because of how inconsiderate and rude the front desk lady was. Liz asked us to come back and pick up a paper that we had to mail to our local jurisdiction. The front desk lady kept repeating herself that Liz doesn't work all the time and that to finish our taxes we just sign everything online that Liz doesn't need to explain it to us, that we didn't need to come in even though Liz told us to come in.
It's INSANE how much y'all are charging people to come in for 15 mins worth of "work". I've done my own taxes for my whole life...it's not hard..for the people NO 🙂↔️ ...for the overall profit yes....craptastic and the 1 stars are honest reviews. If you wanna know the problems...like it says above. Read the 1 star reviews or 2. They're the honest reviews stating problem areas. Not the poorly educated giving the 4 and 5
