I would like to advise anyone seeking the services from this office. I made the mistake of having this office do my taxes. They first overcharged me for a simple tax return. When came time to receive the tax return, the receptionist then called out my social security number, and other financial information to a group of people behind me. If that didnt make me angry this H & R office DID NOT REPORT MY TAXES! I did not know that they havent filled my taxes till a month later after tax day.
