Let me tell you when I went in here I was nervous I was anxious and had all my tax papers messed up.. Molly sat me down told me there's nothing to worry about she knew what she was doing.. I'm not very computer savvy so while I was working on retrieving some documents from my phone I got stuck and I didn't want to bother (Molly she was working on the mess I brought in) another agent helped me out..this place is AWESOME!!!!. Identity Theft Warning!!! I have never done business with H&R block but keep getting appointment reminders for two different people at this specific location. When I called to get my phone number removed from their system the rep hung up on me. I don't know what kind of business they are running, but if you don't want your information stolen I would recommend staying away.
I made appointment on Monday the only thing they had available was Saturday at 10am. When you open my profile and appointment reason. I get all the way here and Monica Delgado was like oh we don’t do that here someone will call in a few days. You knew you had this appointment why you did see what I was coming in so you could be prepared. If that was done could of save me the drive by calling and saying hey we don’t do that here!
