Last year I filed my taxes with Febie and this year too. She is helpful and a professional individual. We had a pleasant experience with her!
0 star. They overbook customers and we didn't even have a booth to get the filing done. We had to stand up there in the middle of the mall for over an hour, causing inconvenience to people walking by. Also, the account who helped us was incompetent; constantly had to check with other accountant to figure stuff out.
