From my experience, I wouldn’t go to this location. I recommend you go to any other tax preparation place besides this one. I went to this location for a few years to do my taxes A fellow named Doug used to do them and he was awesome. I think he retired so this Bird took over name is Kara and her manager Toni were totally useless. They screwed up my taxes twice and even confirmed from CRA and the manager, Toni, but won’t do anything to fix it says she doesn’t know how lol I contacted them numerous times to fix it their manag... read more
