I went to h&r block and spoke to Joyce about my gst checks that I did t receive. I went there 1 day after thanks giving weekend. She charge me 85 & and I waited and waited. I didn’t receive it. I was suppose to get them in the mail. I then decided to go to another h&r location. They said it wasn’t Even pushed thought. This is this month 1 week of January And I needed to get 1 tax done and asked them about my gst checks. THEY WENRNT RVEN PUSHED THROUGH. THEN I GOT CHARGED 145$ What in the world ? WORST LOCATION. WAS TOLD TO CALCULATE MY OWN EXPENSES WHEN I GAVE A SPREADSHEET AS REQUESTED. SPOKEN TO CONDESCENDING WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT DETAILS. AND KNOWING ITS THE LAST DAY REP J KEPT SAYING TO GO TO CROWFOOT LOCATION OR FIND SOMEONE ELSE WHO CAN DO MY TAXES SINCE IM QUESTIONING. 1.5 HRS LATER AND SHE TELLS ME TO PUT WHATEVER NUMBER I WANT AND SHE WILL ENTER....CANT BELIEVE I EVEN WENT BACK. PREJUDICE AT BEST

As a long-time H&R Block client, I'm deeply disappointed by my recent experience with Joyce Omene, their "master tax expert." Despite having emailed my information ahead of time, I was asked to manually recalculate figures I'd already provided with her calculator. The tax preparer seemed unfamiliar with basic tax forms regarding exempt income and showed no interest in researching them.
