It's a great experience, Chitra and Joyce are so good. Helped me and my husband a lot in filing a tax return during our critical condition .
WORST LOCATION. WAS TOLD TO CALCULATE MY OWN EXPENSES WHEN I GAVE A SPREADSHEET AS REQUESTED. SPOKEN TO CONDESCENDING WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT DETAILS. AND KNOWING ITS THE LAST DAY REP J KEPT SAYING TO GO TO CROWFOOT LOCATION OR FIND SOMEONE ELSE WHO CAN DO MY TAXES SINCE IM QUESTIONING. 1.5 HRS LATER AND SHE TELLS ME TO PUT WHATEVER NUMBER I WANT AND SHE WILL ENTER....CANT BELIEVE I EVEN WENT BACK. PREJUDICE AT BEST
As a long-time H&R Block client, I'm deeply disappointed by my recent experience with Joyce Omene, their "master tax expert." Despite having emailed my information ahead of time, I was asked to manually recalculate figures I'd already provided with her calculator. The tax preparer seemed unfamiliar with basic tax forms regarding exempt income and showed no interest in researching them.
