I’m beyond disappointed with my experience with H&R Block for the 2024 tax season. They made a serious mistake on my taxes, which resulted in me owing the CRA $2,500. After contacting them, they admitted it was their fault and assured me I would be reimbursed through a mailed cheque. It’s been weeks, and I still haven’t received anything.
