This year we went to H&R Block to do our taxes and Angel Sachdeva assisted us very well. We are very happy with the way Angel handled everything. Angel seems to be very knowledgeable, very kind and made us feel good every step of the way. We highly recommend her. We will certainly be back next year and see Angel for our taxes. Thank you. Horrible experience at this branch. They messed my return amount and I only found that out because I followed up with CRA. CRA told the branch on the speaker phone that I am owed more money and I should get the return asap. Branch told me that there is a process for it and it will take 30days. I paid full price on the spot when I did mg taxes at this branch and they messed up my amount owed and now I have to wait a month to get my money back to me. This is unbelievable and unprofessional.
