Me and my wife have to going to Marcie/Gailfor the last 16 years and they have been nothing but true class . All thebstaff are well educated when it comes to the taxes world. Would highly recommend them . We will be seeing her shortly for this years taxes
Our file wasn't filed for 4 months the receptionist lost it.My wife did talk to you ,you guys basically said we where on are own.April 4 2023 we filed are taxes,it was never filed,they found our file somewhere else.dont go here we got someone else to do our tax.we got a friend to do it.my wife will be getting alot more this year.
The owner of this HR Block franchise neglected to inform us that she had sold her business. She was a great accountant and a nice person but the new owners were unbelievably unresponsive and caused us problems.We were lucky to find someone else.
