My wife scheduled an appointment online, but when I called to confirm, I was informed that their booking system was down. The representative I spoke with made a vague note that simply stated, “coming in with wife at 6 PM,” without even including my name. When we arrived, we found that it was still early in the tax season, and there were only two associates available: a “trainer” and a trainee. Was quoted $500 for 2 simple tax returns and one return with a single T5 if I used some kind of sketchy "drop-off service". Kiosk was "closing for lunch" 15 minutes after opening on April 5. I was told there is only one employee that works at this location and they do not accept appointments. Ok bye.
This is the second time that I've done my taxes with Trevor. Professional, friendly, and efficient. I will be back again.
