I was able to get help with catching up on 3 years worth of taxes in about 40 minutes thanks to Simi, she was very accommodating about making an appointment that worked with my time. I checked my taxes this year through multiple options online and all of them stated that I would owe thousands, but now I’m going to be getting far more in return.
Mrs. Naushad was an absolute professional, and is always a delight to work with.

As much as I hate to give this review considering I have been a customer of theirs for 20+ years, I have been dealing with the same problem for the last four years. In 2022 a tax preparer messed up my taxes, and as a result of that my refund was taken. They ended up waiving the H&R Block fees of $450 back then in order to make things right which I appreciated however every single year since then the $450 fee has popped up as a bill owed to them.
