Unfortunately, this branch of H&R Block has unacceptable performance, and the main reason is Hamideh Dalirian. In the first step other personnel start to guide with respect, but finally, you have to refer to Hamideh to do the TAX work. However, she is more concerned with earning money than doing your job. In fact, she does not care about your time and you have to agree with her rates that are completely irrelevant and much higher than usual.
