In response to their reply. Do not call your customers 'dear' that is not professional titles for strangers! I did contact, you did nothing & lost my business for good or recommendations. Maybe try stop being so cheap & hire real professionals who know what they are doing...... The blonde manager is a joke. Couldn't even help her team as shes clueless what she's doing & the district manager of this area is a bigger joke & explains alot.

After working for H & R Block since 2012 this district has made me not want to ever work for this company again. I am even looking to file my taxes now on elsewhere, after 18 years. Horrible management lead by a horrible unprofessional district manager.
This office is completely incompetent. My tax filer Charlene made me very uneasy the entire process as I felt she did not know what she was doing. A few days later she called back to say they made a mistake and I would have to resign. I decided to cancel. It took weeks to get refunded and the team lead never called me back when I inquired. A month later they filed my tax return without my permission. Not only did they file incorrectly, but also had a bank account that I have closed for the direct deposit.
