First time using the service. My taxes are pretty vanilla, but Laura did a great job finding my oversights and also finding a discrepancy in a 1099 I received. She was very communicative and professional, over the phone and in the online messaging app. The document upload process was a snap, it ingested PDF and also pics I took of paper documents. I feel confident in the outcome. Thank you Laura.
In response to their reply. Do not call your customers 'dear' that is not professional titles for strangers! I did contact, you did nothing & lost my business for good or recommendations. Maybe try stop being so cheap & hire real professionals who know what they are doing...... The blonde manager is a joke. Couldn't even help her team as shes clueless what she's doing & the district manager of this area is a bigger joke & explains alot.
