Terrible, terrible service. I've been trying to file my taxes for a month now. I talked to my tax pro and explained my living situation (expat) and she didn't pay attention. I had to correct my form at least 3 times and I was charged for 2 out of those times because of her lack of attention to detail. Finally, she filed my taxes and I later realized that my state taxes were not included in the filing. Why? I don't know. At this point, it's already past the IRS deadline.
