I waited and waited. I booked my appt beforehand. Every was coming had the chance to work with someone; I’m sitting there almost for an HOUR! I booked for application and will NEVER come back this location!!

I had my taxes done here and everyone was friendly and helpful. The preparer explained in detail what I needed to do next year so my tax payments wouldn't be so high next time.
