The only person in this office messed up our taxes! She was off by over $6000 dollars on our refund, due to the fact she didn’t enter all the forms we gave her. We also owed money she never told us about. We dropped our taxes off and she had us sign them online. We could not see anything except refund info. We got a notice from the IRS saying that the forms didn’t match what they had. Went to pick up our copies and all the forms where there. She only entered my husbands and not mine.
