I’m extremely frustrated with HR Block’s service. The T4 amount I received was incorrect due to a system calculation error on their end. I’ve been overcharged and am seeking a refund. The process has been confusing, and as a first-time filer in Canada, I expected better support. I hope this issue is resolved quickly, but I'm very disappointed with the experience. Receptionist was extremely displeased with us when we dropped off as she was "suppose" to be off, we were told they would be done in 10 buisness days it had been 3 weeks called for a follow up and had not been touched, we were assured they would be done had some phone questions and never called back, we followed up and were told she would check into and call us back no call, followed up again another 3 days and the receptionist is swamped and can't look into but will call us back.. exteemely disapleased with my services, we ... read more
Worst experience with an HR block. Our taxes took 3 weeks and multiple calls to get completed. Couldn't understand the tax person who called us whatsoever. No explanation given at all. Said taxes were ready but then asking if we rent our home when we clearly stated multiple times that we owned. Never using HR block again. DONT GO HERE!
My taxes have been sitting at this place for 3 weeks. Still not touched. So much for “instant” bs. I won’t be going here again they are not very good at all.
