Had an appointment on 04/01 at 11 AM. Had to dig my way out of the snow just like everyone else and when I arrived I was told that the person who was scheduled to help with my taxes had called in due to the weather. Which is fine, but how in the hell is it not standard protocol to have someone take a few minutes to call her customers for the day and advise them to not come in and to help them not waste their time?
