Iaroslav was very experienced and professional ! He did my taxes for this year and even though it was challenging every thing went smoothly! The whole staff are very helpful and pleasant definitely coming back again next year!
As a person who works full time during the week I don't have time to go get my things done so I go on the weekends! Look up the hrs to see they open at 11am Sunday....get up early to be there when they open for 11 only for it to be closed & nobody showed up....we ended up leaving at 11:30am AND still nobody had shown up. Very poor service as a business to run....maybe hire some staff that show up on time to work as people rely on ur services being available
Helen was amazing!! So polite and so professional!! She made file taxes so easy and enjoyable! I really appreciate her and everything she did for me! Even when the computer giving her problems, she was calm and patient! Thank you again Helen! You were amazing and I will definitely come back next year to you especially!
