I have no Idea how these employees are called "Tax experts" when I have to explain tax laws and rates to them. The couple times I've ever gone to H&R Block, it's always been an absolutely miserable experience. They talk down to you, and are just all around rude. This location needs to have a conversation with the Employee Vanessa. She was beyond nasty, incredibly unhelpful, and seemed to have no idea what to do.
