Bad place to get your taxed done. The lady said i was getting $700 something taxed returned and she showed me. My mom had to pay $425 to get my taxed returned. I checked my CRA and i only get $435 back and my mom basically payed back all of that. They gave misinformation and i got scammed. The lady who did me taxed her name is Knaina. Scammed me and my mom.

My husband and I went into the branch to file taxes last night. We are middle aged people and have a lot of medical expenses. Right from the start our "tax accountant" was rude, and abrasive to deal with. In fact I would go so far as to call her a bully. She argued EVERY single write-off that I provided. She even argued certain sections of our T4's and multiple times, she implied we were lying to her. Even when we proved we weren't liars, she found an excuse to continue arguing with me. Very unprofessional…..they need to be trained to at least behave professionally. They don’t know which tax is needed to file. And the person named Krishna, he was not able to do anything properly. Very disappointed.
