The receptionist was sweet. But this branch is why my taxes are late, and now I can't get a hold of the to get my documents I left there. I spent numerous Ubers to get there just to be told to come back later. I didn't feel heard or prioritized, and it felt like everything we talked about was forgotten and disregarded minutes after it was talked about. I had a pretty frustrating experience at H&R Block. I ended up having to go in three separate times to get my taxes sorted out. The first visit was due to a missing T4, which wasn’t entirely their fault—but after that, I called and emailed multiple times with no response. I had to go back just to get help. I thought everything was fixed after the second visit, but my tax return was still incorrect. The CRA showed a $5,000 discrepancy, which was really concerning. Wrong location and address on google for multiple years. Leads to a robot who provides incorrect info upon calling as well.

I always have a great experience with Tilly. She’s friendly and knowledgeable and my go to accountant, I highly recommend her service. This year Sharon was at the front desk, I must say a huge thank you to her for keeping me informed on my appointment and what to bring for a deceased person’s last taxes. I recently lost my partner and she was most helpful and sympathetic. It’s rare to get this good of customer service these days. Thank you to you both for making a stressful event a whole lot easier.
