Very unprofessional. They were rude to me, and they were even being rude to other people on the phone. Don't recommend at all

Great location. Fast and efficient. Quite reliable times. They are in the Westmount Mall by gym so very open and Non rushed feeling.
I was surprised to find an H&R Block at Westmount Shopping Centre when I was walking through the place. I had my tax slips with me and I decided to visit without an appointment. After all I've been a client with them for over a decade. 😉 The front office manager greeted me and helped me to get started right away. My quickly assigned consultant was a pleasure to work with also and gave me some good advice. Thank you to both! I am an H&R Block promoter! 🖖
