I prepared and submitted all my info in March, it was a relatively simple return and I've filed with H&R for years. Didn't hear anything from the tax agent until April 19, paid on April 21, then nothing but silence. On May 5 I get a message that my file has been reassigned with no information, and they're now overdue filing my taxes, moreover their system is asking me to pay again. Last time I use H&R block.
