My spouse and I submitted our income tax returns with this firm for the first time, and we had an excellent experience. Lien and Maria were highly professional, knowledgeable, and guided us through the process with great care. We will undoubtedly return for future services and highly recommend them.

I have been using this location for the past several years out of convenience/location. I will not use this location again, they are way too hit and miss with their level of service. The fees went up, I asked why my total was so high and was met with silence, no answer. I paid hundreds of dollars and told I would get a thousand dollar return, only for CRA to correct it on Terry's behalf as she filed incorrectly and I in fact owe money. What's the point of paying for a service if it's not reliable and accurate??
They lost half of the business expenses receipts.
I have had an amazing experience at this particular H&R Block! Staff members are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond in giving you the best personalized advice. I have had the pleasure to file taxes with Terry, who was extremely helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back next year!
