I did my taxes there last year and had a great experience. This year, the tax agent did not know anything about taxes. The point of paying someone is that they have expertise, and unfortunately the agent could not answer any of my questions and couldn’t help me apply for any of the benefits I was hoping to. She would not talk above a whisper and would trail off mid sentence to avoid answering questions. She also took a call in the middle of our appointment which lasted over ten minutes.
