Have been waiting for over 8 months for them to do my taxes. Called a few times and no updates. Avoid this branch if your taxes are important to you for any reason.
Just like other reviewers have mentioned. Today marks a month since I dropped my tax documents. The only thing I heard back from H&R Block is that their internal system is having a "Javascript issue" and that they are waiting for the IT department to fix it, no ETA. With the April 30th deadline approaching I have low expectations that H&R Block will be able to file my income tax before CRA deadline. I have been using H&R Block services for 10 years. Worst taxation place in fredricton no trained staff in front desk and also waiting for 10 days to file and at tye day the tell the appointment with the person you have is not trained to do tax filling for gigs so you know about that but not booked my appointment with the trained one
