Waited a month and half, meanwhile calling every week to check on status, they kept telling me it was being worked on. Finally after month and a half they said it wasnt started and it would cost $100 an hour to do it. It would have been nice to know that at the beginning or even a week into it. I needed my taxes done on time to get my notice of assessment to submit important documents, however it's now a month and half late, and I am left with absolutely nothing.
Guess with years more bad reviews are coming now I'll consider where to fill my taxes
They don't even deserve one star. 2020 taxes were dropped off in April 2023 (so already taxes were 3 years behind) Thinking they had been finished and picked up long ago. To make a call in May 2024 and to find out they hadn't been touched yet. To add, it was a very small business tax return. Their response was they have been busy. We picked them up and they are now already completed elsewhere.
Update again: it’s been 1 year I don’t think they are sending that cheque in the mail. Update: I was contacted by this H&R Block and after nasty/rude phone conversation with the manger we agreed that I would be getting a full refund for my terrible service. They told me it would be two to three weeks and I would receive a cheque in the mail. It has been over a month and I have not received anything and I can not get in contact with them now.
