had a smooth experience with H&R Block. The staff were knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which made filing my taxes much less stressful. The process was efficient, and I felt confident that my return was done accurately.
Went in to do my taxes for the first time with nothing on me except my ID’s expecting there to be a whole bunch of problems, Nav took me in right away and made the process as seamless as possible. She was able to grab all the needed documents for me and the fees weren’t as bad as I initially thought.
Today i filed my taxes with nav brar. She exceeded my expectations, and for that i am truly greatful. Everyone i have dealt with till now have been outstanding at the 72nd location. Cheers!
