Did my taxes with H&R for the first time. It was such a great experience despite of having some issues with my taxes from previous years, they figured it out in no time. Customer service is top-notch. Front desk staff {Japanjot} was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back next year.
Came here and the lady turned me away even though I had an appointment and I showed her proof that I have one for today and she said nope someone else is on the schedule for 8pm and no one was even there as I’m waiting outside trying to calm down it’s already 8:05pm and still no one showed up. This location isn’t the greatest place the staff are rude and unorganized.
My elderly parents had their return done here and were convinced to have their return given to them on some form of gift card which costs $$$ every timee you use jt. Have had nothing but problems since and terrible customer service. Avoid using these people. And dont get your return on gift card.
the best . the way they do their taxes is incredible. (sukhmanpreet kaur ) helped me out with my taxation . she was such a nice and sweet girl . i felt no headache with documentation and other formalities . it went so well.
Horrible, I had an appointment booked today and now all of a sudden I don't have one. We went with a different tax agency. Horrible done go
