The receptionist or appointment setter they have at the front who answers phone calls is very rude. She is not helpful at all and is very passive aggressive. They need to speak with her and have her do customer service training or something. They should not have her upfront if she doesn’t like her job, her unfriendliness deters customers from booking with this location. Do better.
