If I could give half a star I would. In a time like this preying on Canadians should be illegal, and frankly making you sign a power of attorney for taxes should be. I went in trying to do my taxes and it was meant with extremely long wait times, 3rd grade level system , and then the hidden fees, they REFUSED to tell me how much it was Gonna be for simple 1 year of taxes. They were going to charge me 40 dollars if I took instant refund but because their 3rd grade system didn’t work they informed me my bill was now 120 dollar... read more

Sue and Mike made our experience one that convinced us to come back every year! I had bad news about my grandfather, and I had went to another location literally 5 minutes up the road that had treated us like garbage because my boyfriend is a PR and had one old SIN and a new one once he became PR.
