Terrible experience, my wife went there and got zero useful help. Patricia Joyner some of the worst customer service I have ever seen, gives a sassy attitude with every answer. Does not reassure customers their taxes are being filed correctly or walks you through exactly what she is doing. My wife had to ask her question for her to answer, gave me no options but was quick to charge me the $320 Fee. Super high file fee will never go back there ever again. If your reading this stop turn around and take you business else where.
Mrs. Lana Johnson has been our consultant since 2012. We’re are loyal to her because she at the top of her game and has been nothing but professional and personal with us and our tax needs.
Lana was wonderful helping me file my tax return and answering all my questions!
