EXTREMELY unprofessional, the service was terrible Jane Lopez the store manager was very rude on the call with her telling me to “shut up” so she can talk. Extremely disrespectful in their tax consultant. This is the worst service that I’ve ever had in any business.
I had my taxes filed at another H&R Block location in the Dallas, Texas area, where they failed to submit additional required information to the IRS. I was given all my documents to take home, and later received a letter from the IRS stating that two specific documents were needed to complete my return. Since I wasn’t sure which documents to send, I visited my local H&R Block for guidance.
