I had a terrible experience at this H&R Block location. When I first arrived, I was told my tax filing would cost around $84, which seemed reasonable. However, after being passed from one preparer to another, I was assigned to Indira Gomes (MBA, Senior Tax Analyst). She took nearly two hours to file my taxes and never informed me that the price would increase drastically. They’re charging me $275 for a basic return with one W-2. & the block advisor, Tamika Washington, that I talked to on the phone was extremely rude. She had a nasty attitude right when I answered the phone. She talked to me like I was stupid. She was extremely unprofessional.
