Ligia Palmerio was absolutely horrible and extremely argumentative. Cost us $400 just to find out she screwed up everything. Claims she has 16 years experience but didn’t know anything. She had to google everything and still felt the need to do opposite of what she googled. We now have to file an amended tax return
