Terrible experience at this location. Nothing about it went smoothly and nothing was instant about it. Somehow on the 2nd day when I returned to pick up my refund they could not issue a check because someone changed the password for the printer and they could not get a hold of the Superviser to help them. I found out that they had only tried texting the Superviser while I had been there waiting for an hour. So a new location opens up and the first day of tax filing season and the Superviser is MIA and the place is left unabl... read more
