So Rude and unprofessional. The lady at the reception was so so rude that i was still asking her a question and she said thanks and walked away. Like everything is not about MONEY, if u have the knowledge then try to be polite and nice. I was just there to ask a simple question and that lady was so rude. In additional to being very professional and knowledgeable, our accountant Asma was pleasant and very patient with us. We were very satisfied with the service we received and also from Elena who helped us out at the front desk.
Elena was incredibly kind. I’m an international student and didn’t really know how the tax process worked here. Even though it was a busy tax season and they were fully booked, she still took the time to help me and made sure everything went smoothly. I’m really grateful for her support.
