Unbelievably bad. I got my taxes done last month, with the promise that they would be sending my return via e-transfer. That e-transfer never made it to me. So I spent 3 weeks on the phone between them and their ‘bank’ DC BANK, with no clear answers and zero accountability. After 3 weeks it had been surmised that my email had been hacked and someone had stolen my money. Between these two useless companies, I received an apology or two and that’s about it. I went to that branch today, it was showing as open and I can see a lady from the glass door. Unfortunately, the door was locked. Even though the receptionist saw me from the glass door she didn't open the door. How can you do business when you are so rude and unapproachable...
