It is impossible to get through to the 112th Ave location. The automated message for the branch says they are "open 9am-9pm weekdays...and your call is important to us. Leave a brief message and we will get back to you..." Pretty hard to do when every time you call their voice message system is full. And this has been the case for months! Horrible customer service.
