I am very disappointed with my experience at H&R block, I had no transparency whatsoever with the pricing, and my advisor refused to give me an invoice for my final total and why the final price is what it was. I have no issue paying for a service due to the fact my taxes were slightly more complex but this should have been verbalized to me initially or during my in person appointment.
