I am very disappointed with my experience at H&R block, I had no transparency whatsoever with the pricing, and my advisor refused to give me an invoice for my final total and why the final price is what it was. I have no issue paying for a service due to the fact my taxes were slightly more complex but this should have been verbalized to me initially or during my in person appointment. This is my second year going to Tracy and she is the best. She always answers my many questions and more. I highly recommend doing your taxes with her
Tracy was absolutely amazing. She is very helpful when it comes to answering all of our questions and doing the most for us to get the maximum refund. I recommend asking for her when you go file your taxes
