Very disappointing experience at this H&R Block location. I had a very difficult interaction with Stela Karalic at the front desk. She was rude, unhelpful, and made me wait over an hour, only to not assist me with the questions I had about my taxes. My time was wasted, and the customer service was unacceptable. The tax preparer who actually helped me was very kind and professional, but unfortunately the poor treatment at the front desk overshadowed the experience. Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff, with a rude tone immediately got disregarded and weren’t willing to help.
