Melissa Lucas is just phenomenal I walked into the wrong store. Instead of sending me on my way to the correct store and missing my appointment. She worked me in which helped me out im my favor. There were a couple hiccups on my part but she was patient and got me in and out in a timely fashion. Definitely would recommend her for your tax pro if i could give more stars I would.
