Great customer service, Bhavleen was very helpful
I never write reviews but I would be ungrateful if I didn’t! I was helped by Anges and she was extremely kind and well spoken. I asked so many questions and she explained everything as simple as she could. She is very relatable and cares about educating people and providing the best experience. Bhavleen is also very kind and has a welcoming presence. Everyone at this location is professional. I have no worries when I come here.
My husband and I had a fantastic experience at the Falconridge H&R Block! Cheryl at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. Shirley, my tax professional, was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to ensure we understood everything. The entire office had a warm and professional atmosphere, which made my visit stress-free. Highly recommend this location for excellent service!
