Himanshu in the front is very nice person. He has some great customer service skills and also helped alot with my return.
Customer service was amazing, especially front staff. I had no worries and would be glad to come back one hundred percent.
I came to fix my tax return filed wrong from somewhere else. Even after explaining the issue in the return, they refiled my tax wrong again with the same mistake. Now they fixed it a third time but the tax return will take 2 months to get fixed. I paid $ 222 and felt betrayed.
Himanshu in the front is very welcoming, always smiling and doesnt show he is pressured when there's a lot of people. and Olfa is the GOAT on computing your Tax Return
